Quick, efficient, helpful, nice and the review of them looking like ants is oddly factual. Very impressed with their operation. Unfortunately I had difficulties on the computer ordering what I needed (user error), I called and was able to order everything I needed and picked up the next day. They were extremely nice, quick, efficient and professional. When we got there it was extremely busy and we were in and out in 15 minutes including tarping and tying the load. We anticipated a much longer wait but was extremely satisfied with the quick service. Shipping was expensive, but comparable to the post office and other company’s fees. Nothing out of the ordinary. Pick up fee of $25 if less than a $300 order, again normal for most company’s especially because you’re purchasing from a warehouse not a store. Couldn’t be happier about my experience. They even gave us a catalog to enjoy! Although I do wish they had signs at the front of the building showing the customer pick up is behind the building. Someone who isn’t efficient in google maps may have difficulties finding the exact pickup spot.

Unfortunately, ordering from Uline was a huge disappointment for me and a detriment to my small local business. I opened my own small business producing natural candles. I purchased metal candle tins in Uline in two sizes: 4 oz and 8 oz. There are no issues with 4 oz tins. But the 8 oz cans tins turned out to be of terrible quality. Literally every second or third tin has severe scratches on the lid and huge dents on the tin itself. Of course, I cannot offer such tins to clients. I bought two boxes of 36 each and almost a half of that was damaged. I can't use them, which is a big financial loss for me as a new business. Unfortunately, I opened the boxes with tins after one month has passed, and they refused to return or compensate me. I would also like to note that I have already invested in the production of stickers for these exact tins, as well as in a photo shoot of the product and promotion of the product online and on Amazon, so it will be a problem and one more loss for me if I change the tin for a different one from another supplier. But I don’t know how to order these bad quality tins in the future in order to continue selling a product in which a lot of money has already been invested.

I am sick and tired of the magazines registered to someone who does NOT live here! Not only that, I have called multiple times to stop sending them to my house. I will NEVER order anything from you. The fact you continue to waste paper sending magazines to people who just put your magazines in the recycling bin as soon as it arrives. I am do not own a business, and I don't run a business. You people need to stop with this trash!.

Products always ship promptly. My frustration with this company is the catalogue that is packed with every single order, in a larger box than necessary just to accommodate the unrequested catalogue. In addition the catalogue is mailed out throughout the year individually, how many of these does a person require? I get that this is part of your marketing strategy, but it needs re-thinking, it's just plain wasteful.

Love this company and their facilities! Decent to good prices on most items. Fast and easy transactions. Super clean and organized warehouse. Overall very happy with pick up, shipping, and all other aspects of this company. Only thing I'm not a fan of is that you have to pay handling fees when picking up for all orders under $300cad.
